Downtown Tucson

Tucson’s downtown area strikes a nice balance between preserving historic charm and ushering in urban convenience. You’ll discover beautiful Victorian homes in Armory Park, just steps from renovated urban lofts on Broadway Boulevard. Walk the Presidio Trail to discover some of downtown’s high points; just follow the turquoise stripe on the sidewalk to see such sights as the Presidio San Augustine de Tucson, site of the Spanish fortress built in 1775, the Tucson Museum of Art & Historic Block, and the Rialto Theatre, a hot spot to catch live entertainment since 1920.

Between the Union Pacific railroad tracks, north of Cushing St. & east of Granada Ave.
