These new spots are the latest to join the culinary line-up. Whether you crave a leisurely upscale meal at Drexyl Modern American or Inde Fusion, a casual meal at Crab & Mermaid, or a super-casual bite at Shake Shack or Ahipoki Bowl, these locales are sure to tempt your taste buds. 

Drexyl Modern American

This modern-looking locale, set in The SHOPS at Gainey Village, serves up seasonally influenced and handcrafted dishes. The menu options range from Coldwater Lobster Rolls to a Steak Frites Salad and the half pound "D" burger to a seven-ounce filet mignon with loberster béarnaise. Drexyl is open for lunch and dinner only, and an extensive happy hour menu is offered daily.

Inde Fusion

At this locale, experience eastern flavors from India melded with contemporary American dishes in a classy yet casual setting. The menu features a selection of tacos, flatbreads, salads, tacos and entrées. Try options such as the Thai Marinated Lobster Tacos, baby back ribs—with a masala rub—and "Pumpkin & Cashew Nut" ravioli. Stop by early and enjoy a robust social hour menu. This restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday.

Crab & Mermaid Fish Shop

Ahoy, matey! Yes, there's fresh seafood to be had in Scottsdale. This casual eatery offers authentic seafood dishes from all regions of the country, from po’ boys to lobster rolls to Baja tacos, all in a casual restaurant setting. Settle in on the patio with a drink and watch the people and cars go by along Scottsdale Road.

Shake Shack

Yes, it's true—Shake Shack has finally arrived in the Valley. While there are often lines out the door, you may be lucky and hit it at just the right time. Located at Scottsdale Fashion Square, take a break from shopping to refuel with one of the popular burgers and a shake. A second restaurant location also recently opened in Phoenix, in Uptown Plaza.

Ahipoki Bowl

This is the first Arizona location for the California-based restaurant. This is a quick-serve restaurant serving poke bowls. Choose a base of rice or salad, then scoops of options such as tuna, salmon, octopus, shrimp, yellowtail or scallops, a sauce and then a selection of toppings.
