Pierre Hermé creates a limited-edition dessert for the French Open

With the French Open in full swing, master pastry chef Pierre Hermé has drawn inspiration from the humble tennis ball to create a tempting limited-edition lemon tart. The buttery biscuit base is topped with a tangy and sweet lemon cream filled with candied lemon pieces to bring a little bit of freshness to the heated competition. The tennis ball-shaped dessert is available until the 9th of June at the chef's cake shops.
