Starting Oct. 16, 2018, Walt Disney World in Orlando is changing its pricing and ticket system.
The website will show an interactive calendar that displays price changes depending on when you arrive and the duration of your stay. This now makes it easier to see which times of the year prices are lower than average.
The interactive calendar will also offer suggestions based on the attractions at each park and the different traveler interest types including recommendations for foodies or thrill seekers. In addition to these changes, Disney is also lowering the cost of admission to the Magic Kingdom so that it will be equal to the other parks. Tickets are still available to purchase at park gates, third-party vendors and guest relations.
Military discounts have also been announced through Dec. 19, 2019.
