I Want to Be Loved Bayou

There is no place like New Orleans, Louisiana, when it comes to wooing your partner with music, food and cocktails. As the birthplace of jazz music, you simply must listen to live music together or take a jazz cruise along the serene Mississippi River. If this pace is a little slow, opt for a wilder ride on a swamp tour on the Louisiana bayou, where you and your partner will get up close and personal with alligators. Explore the French Quarters in an old-fashioned, mule-drawn carriage, then indulge in New Orleans’ famous Creole cuisine. Be sure to grab a beignet and savor some gumbo together. Don’t leave this cocktail town without indulging in more than a few drinks at the world-famous drinking establishments on Bourbon Street.

On Cloud Wine

Wine is romance in a bottle, so we know your boozy bae will love ‘Wine Country.” Get into the spirit of Valentine’s Day by making some romantic memories in Napa Valley, California. There are over 400 wineries throughout the region, and there are several ways to experience them! Ride a bike to a wine tasting or sit back and enjoy a wine train tour reminiscent of the early 1900s with the exquisite scenery access to premium wines and gourmet food. Ride into the sunset and float high into the clouds while sipping on wine on a hot air balloon ride. If you have time to eat, dining options are abundant, from romantic bistros to lively pubs.

You Light Up My Life

Light up your special someone’s life with a trip to see the spectacular phenomenon known as the Northern Lights or Aurora Borealis. There are places in the United States where viewing this awe-inspiring sight is possible. Fairbanks, Alaska, offers clear skies from August to April, where the aurora will be visible several nights a week. Take a Northern Lights tour with a guide. There are unique options on how to view the lights, like on a dogsled or ice fishing adventure, or you can drive to a vantage point on your own.

You Had Me at Alo-ha

Say Aloha to an alluring romantic getaway to Honolulu, Hawaii. It is the perfect spot to enjoy dinners on the beach watching the sunset, or you can ‘hula’ to the wild side and go shark diving. Enjoy some nature together by hiking Diamond Head, one of the most famous volcanoes in Hawaii. Be sure to visit Manoa Falls, a 150-foot waterfall that has been featured in movies such as Jurassic Park and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. When in Honolulu, be sure to try horseback riding through untouched forests while enjoying panoramic views of the ocean. After these adventures, grab your partner’s hand and lay on the beach with a tropical cocktail in the other hand.

Sinfully Yours

A trip to Las Vegas, Nevada always gives one free reign to be just a little ‘bad.’ From strip clubs to late-night partying, you and your partner can let loose in Vegas for Valentine’s Day. Enjoy romantic dinners created by celebrity chefs, watch the magical Fountains of Bellagio, take in an aerial view of the Las Vegas Strip from the High Roller, watch spectacular shows and try your luck gambling. Do a couple’s Strip club visit or enjoy a couple’s massage. Sip on cocktails all night, then spontaneously get married by Elvis at one of the Vegas wedding chapels. We are just kidding about the last option. Well, kind of.
