In celebration of local diversity, Ethiopian-born, Swedish-raised Chef/owner Marcus Samuelsson names his neighborhood spot after the famed Harlem speakeasy and serves refined comfort foods, such as hot honey yardbird, seafood jambalaya and Helga’s meatballs.
