Inside “The Great Search” at ENCHANT Nashville

Within the Christmas light maze at First Horizon Park, guests can help Santa find his nine missing reindeer in “The Great Search.” In addition to the search, visitors can also enjoy ice skating and a winter village of activities, artisanal vendors and food stalls from local dining establishments.

ENCHANT originated in Vancouver, BC. “The first ENCHANT was produced on an empty field owned by the city in 2016. It was so successful, despite an opening night rainstorm, with over 30,000 people showing up—that it shut down traffic around the city,” LeeAnne Stables, Chief Marketing Officer for ENCHANT, explained. “It was determined then that it would be best produced in a warmer climate. Hence the move to Dallas, Texas. The original ENCHANT theme was based on a storybook about a mischievous elf named Eddie—that was written by Kevin’s wife, LeAnne.”

“Nashville Enchant is the most central of all the Enchant locations across the US, brightening up the heart of downtown to allow easy access to all the great things in the city and walkable to Music Row,” Enchant Founder Kevin Johnston told us. “It is one of only three locations to feature the “The Great Search” story, surrounding an epic 100-foot-tall Christmas tree that features thousands of magical twinkling lights.”
