Among the casual and upscale choices are home-style Southern dishes, Italian specialties, steaks and freshly-shucked oysters. Late-night treats, including made-to-order sushi, are served on the sixth floor—if you can make it past the coffee, milkshakes (including boozy creations) and pastries of the first floor.

No diner celebrates Nashville more than Sun Diner, which pays tribue to Sun Records recording artists who brought rockabilly to life: Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, Roy Orbison and Johnny Cash. Tributes to these and other legendary stars line the diner's walls; their hits help inform the feel-good menu. The late-night menu includes Sun favorites such as the donut breakfast sandwich, "Feelin' Good" breakfast burger and "Let's Do the Twist" creme brulee French toast.
