London’s award-winning restaurant, ZUMA, recently opened its first U.S. location in the Epic Hotel in the heart of Downtown Miami. The brainchild of award-winning Chef Rainer Becker, ZUMA serves non-traditional, Japanese cuisine in the Izakaya style, which differs from the typical, starter-and-main-course menu structure. Instead, dishes are brought to the table continuously throughout the meal. There are 40 varieties of sake to complement your dining experience.
