Centuries-old stained glass panels called "Flight into Egypt" have been restored and will be permanently on display at the Deering Estate's Stone House. The works of art will hang in the same building as they did almost 100 years ago, thanks to private donors and The 100 Ladies of Deering.

The 2019-2020 NBA season is in high gear and the Miami Heat have a full slate of games during November including the Detroit Pistons (Nov. 12), New Orleans Pelicans (Nov. 16), Cleveland Cavaliers (Nov. 20), Charlotte Hornets (Nov. 25) and the Golden State Warriors (Nov. 29).

Nov. 1-10  Miami International Auto Show

The 49th iteration of the show displays the best of today’s models from around the world, at the same time traveling back in time to showcase classic cars.

Nov. 2  InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish-Ball

The stars will be out for the 25th anniversary of the event, including celebrity emcee Gabrielle Anwar, headliner and four-time Grammy Award-winner Steven Tyler with the Loving Mary band and Alisan Porter, "The Voice" 2016 winner, and more, followed by an after-party.

Nov. 2-3 48th Annual ChamberSOUTH South Miami Arts Festival

ChamberSOUTH, the chamber of commerce for greater south Miami-Dade, plays host to the annual art show with more than 100 artists displaying their works, international food vendors and live performances. 

Nov. 10 40th Annual Veteran's Day Parade

The town of Miami Lakes plays host to this long-running event, paying homage to veterans from 10 am-noon, easily seen from spots along Ludlam Road from Bull Run Road to Eagles Nest.

Nov. 15-17 NASCAR Ford Championship Weekend: The Ford EcoBoost 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway will decide who drives away with the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series title, and caps championship weekend including the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series and the XFINITY Series Championship.

Nov. 16  Music in the Isles

Once known as the Sunny Isles Beach Jazz Fest, the festival features Grammy Award-winner Jon Secada performing at Gateway Park.
