For all things handmade, head to The Rose Street Artists’ Markets in Fitzroy.  St Kilda Esplanade Market

These Sunday markets are a favourite of locals and tourists alike. With a stunning backdrop of St Kilda Beach, the St Kilda Esplanade Markets feature more than 150 unique stallholders. From arts, crafts and clothing to gifts and souvenirs, nothing beats browsing for bargains by the beach on a Sunday.

The Arts Centre Sunday Market

This unique Sunday market brings together more than 80 of Victoria's finest artisans, right in the heart of Melbourne. Just a short walk over the bridge from Flinders Street Station, The Arts Centre Sunday Markets showcase local artists and producers fill the Art Centre Lawn to showcase their unique, handmade goods. Everything on offer is made locally, so this is a truly unique Melbourne experience.

Queen Victoria Market

The Queen Victoria Market has been the market of Melburnians for more than a century. It is known to locals as the "Queen Vic' or "Vic Market", and is a bustling city marketplace located right in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Pick up some quality fruit and vegetables, fresh flowers and plants, organic meat and poultry, plus market-fresh seafood. This huge market also has clothing, toys, arts, souvenirs and more.

Tue and Thu 6 am – 2 pm, Fri 6 am – 5 pm, Sat 6 am – 3 pm and Sun 9 am – 4 pm. Corner of Elizabeth and Victoria sts., Melbourne.

Consisting of over 5000 new and pre-loved titles, you can immerse yourself in literature on history, traveling and art, just to mention a few. The Book Market regularly features around fifteen of Melbourne’s most experienced book dealers as well as authors and illustrators.
