Las Vegas Toy Stores for Kids of All Ages

Whether you're young or just young at heart, browsing for a gift or actively combing the collectibles to complete your set, toy stores are a classic good time.

Who doesn't love a good toy store?! Most of the shops in Vegas are also locally owned and operated, allowing you to feel good about supporting small businesses when you make a purchase. Check out the list below for some of the best toy stores for children, from one to 100.

Kappa Toys

Kappa Toys now has two locations in Las Vegas: one on the Strip at Fashion Show Mall and the other nearby at AREA15. Both sites promise a fun experience, with interactive displays and a focus on more niche items within the toy field. The AREA15 location also has a black-light experience with a selection of light-up, glow-in-the-dark and neon toys nestled among the most extensive collection of lava lamps in the United States! Both locations stock an impressive number of Japanese brands and a section devoted to gag gifts.

Brad's Toys and Collectibles

Brad's Toys and Collectibles has slowly expanded over the last 25 years to be a legitimate local chain with four locations around town. The original store on Boulder Highway is where you're most likely to find the man himself, who personally selects their eclectic inventory based on his own childhood love of video games, television and movies. In addition to helping you complete your collection or find that perfect gift, Brad's endeavors to offer the most fair and honest trade values in town and create a family of fellow toy lovers.

Toy Shack

Smack-dab in the middle of the iconic Fremont Street, Toy Shack specializes in buying and selling vintage toys and memorabilia, specifically iconic brands of the 1980s. You might recognize owner Johnny Jimenez from episodes of "Pawn Stars," where he served as the resident "toy expert."  A trip to this toy shop is also part photo op, with life-size displays and a Zoltar fortune-teller machine. Barbie and Star Wars devotees will be especially enamored of the items on display here!

Big Bang Toys & Collectibles

Celebrating all things pop culture and geekdom, Big Bang Toys & Collectibles offers convenient collectibles shopping complete with an online experience that allows you to search through its collection by brand or character. The well-curated lineup features over 100 brands, and you could easily spend a long weekend searching through its stock. The store also commits to selling only licensed brands and authentic items, so you will always be getting the real deal at this shop. The large selection includes less common Hot Wheels, trading cards and model kits not typically found in stores.
