Las Vegas has some of the best culinary options globally, but we all know that fine dining definitely comes with a heavier price tag. Luckily, many fantastic restaurants in Las Vegas have set menus that allow diners a chance to sample their best dishes at a lower price point—perfect for getting a taste of your dream meal and also an excellent option for date nights. We’ve rounded up some of the best set menus in Las Vegas for every budget!
The Best Set Menus in Las Vegas
If you’re a Las Vegas local and looking to check out one of the best spots at Resorts World Las Vegas, you’re in luck. FUHU has a unique set menu exclusively for locals. We tried out the menu at a hosted media preview. For $65, locals can enjoy a “Singapore Spritz” cocktail with their choice between one of five appetizers (we tried the salmon sashimi and the crispy tuna), one of five main courses (we especially enjoyed the “FUHU Aromatic Crispy Duck”) and a dessert. It’s a perfect way to taste some of the best menu items at FUHU (and decide what you want to eat next time).
One favorite that's had plenty of locals talking for years is the lunch special at Estiatorio Milos located inside Restaurant Row between the Venetian and Palazzo Towers of The Venetian. We visited recently for a hosted media tasting to see what has fans raving and found the lunch menu to be well-rounded, extraordinarily fresh and delicious. For $38, diners can enjoy a three-course meal that includes some of the Estiatorio Milos classics like the tomato salad (made with tomatoes that are brought in from a farm that grows them just for Estiatorio Milos restaurants), Faroe Islands wild salmon and the Greek yogurt (made in-house). Upgrades are available for the starters and main courses for a fee like the octopus (some of the best we've ever had) and the "Astako Makaronada" (a rich and creamy lobster pasta that's served completely shelled). If you're in the mood to add to your culinary experience, there's also a wine pairing upgrade for $19 that gives diners a taste of two Greek wines that complement the meal.

Try out some of the chef’s family recipes like “Grandma’s Meatballs” and “My other In Law’s Shrimp Scampi.
Located inside the Grand Canal Shoppes in the Palazzo Tower of Venetian Resort, X Pot serves the most opulent hot pot in town. We tasted their special Chef’s Tasting Menu at a media dinner and had a taste of the best of the menu. The set menu includes specific items; however, there is a little room for customization since diners each get to choose their own broth (no sharing or compromising here). Enjoy items like the “X Special Swan Cake,” “A5 Wagyu Sandwich,” and the “Signature Wagyu Tart.” Diners also have the option to upgrade their meal with the “Wagyu Feast.”
The pre-theater menu at Le Cirque is an experience in itself. The famously whimsical fine dining restaurant inside Bellagio Las Vegas serves up innovative takes on French cuisine. Priced at $128 per person, you can select from choices like the “Hawaiian Kampach,” “Mishima Filet Mignon,” and the “Ganache Chocolat Beurre Noisette.” The menu includes modern twists on traditional flavors and classic dishes to create a truly exciting menu to match the vibe of your entertaining evening ahead.
The Nomad Library
If you’re looking for a showstopping meal in one of the most stunning dining rooms in Las Vegas, a dinner at The Nomad Library is a great way to impress. The restaurant offers a special Chicken Dinner priced at $100 for two guests. The meal includes the restaurant’s “Truffled Deviled Eggs,” “The Roast Chicken,” and apple cobbler for dessert. To sweeten the deal, diners get half-off ones on Mondays. The Nomad Library is located inside The Nomad inside Park MGM Las Vegas.
Enjoy upscale Italian cuisine by Celebrity Chef Giada De Laurentiis at Giada inside The Cromwell. As the hotel’s lead dining venue, you can check out their tasting menu and get a sampling of some of the menu’s best items. Start with your choice of salad (arugula or Roman), pasta (bucatini, spaghetti or rigatoni) and main course (Italian fried chicken, salmon or petite filet) before indulging in a sweet dessert like “Giada’s Signature Cookies,” the chocolate hazelnut crunch cake or a chef sorbet and berry selection.
If you’re in search of a great date night meal without breaking the bank (or venturing to the Strip), make a trip to Kona Grill at Boca Park in Summerlin. Available Sunday through Wednesday, the Date Night menu is priced at $39 per person, and diners can choose from a selection of starters like the ribeye sliders or lobster toast; main courses like the “Sweet-Chili Glazed Salmon” or the assorted sushi board; and desserts like coffee bread pudding.
Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen
For a little taste of “Hell’s Kitchen,” fans of the show and Chef Gordon Ramsay can enjoy the HK Signature Prix Fixe Menu priced at $89.95 for three courses at Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen. The set menu is the perfect way for culinary fans to taste classic Hell’s kitchen items like the pan-seared scallops and Gordon Ramsay’s famous Beef Wellington.
