Just over a couple of months old, it is a new sport-watching destination with multiple HD screens and sports-inspired details in its design. Its cocktail menu features athlete-and-celebrity-owned spirits brands, including Termana Tequila by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Cincoro Tequila by basketball legend Michael Jordan. Guests can order Old Fashioned cocktails by the barrel, which is brought directly to their tables. Food items are also available via mobile order, and the destination also features a highball cart where guests can create a customized cocktail.

At CASBAR Lounge at SAHARA Las Vegas, three refreshing new cocktails will help you fight off the summer heat. The Mid-Summer Mule brings a fresh twist on the classic Mule with a mix of Botanist Gin, peach liqueur, and blueberry puree. The Tropical Margarita combines Cazadores Reposado Tequila, melon liqueur and guava syrup, while the berry delicious Raspberry Delight is a rum-based cocktail with raspberry puree. Plus, the restaurant has 12 new summer cocktails, including the Fig-Et About, which features Bottega Bacur gin, Nonino L’apertivo, fig shrub, fresh lemon and prosecco. Imagine a tropical island in a glass—this is what you get when you order the Big Pineapple Island at Virgil’s Real BBQ. The picture-perfect cocktail is served in a pineapple and topped with a fruit and shrimp skewer. Combined in the cocktail are pineapple, Bacardi Mango rum, Bacardi Pineapple rum, Grand Marnier, pineapple juice, mango juice, lime juice and agave. Virgil’s is located at the LINQ Promenade.

If you are looking for a classic, bubbly cocktail to help you beat the heat, Smith & Wollensky has precisely what you need. Located at the Grand Canal Shoppes inside The Venetian Las Vegas, the refreshing Aperol Spritz is guaranteed to quench your thirst. It is a mixture of Aperol, LaLuca prosecco and club soda creating the perfect concoction to help you cool down from the Vegas heat. The Aperol Spritz is $17.
For those of you who love tequila, there is no reason to drink it with merely lime and a salt rim. Grab the La Medicina cocktail at CHICA inside Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Las Vegas. This cocktail features Maestro Dobel Diamante Tequila, 400 Conejos Mezcal, ginger honey and lemon. It’s a refreshing, citrus-flavored drink and perfect for your summertime happy hour. La Medicina is $21.

The Very Berry Breezy Lemonade mixes raspberry vodka with Monin Wildberry Fruit Purée. The True Blue will truly delight with a blend of Blue Curacao, Patron tequila and pineapple juice.
