A more modern version of the classic beverage is “The Spy Who Loved Me,” which has Hendrick’s Gin, Ketel One Botanical Cucumber Mint and Chareau Aloe Liqueur.

Located at the Harmon Retail Center outside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Sugar Factory has a sweet twist on a martini. The “S’Mores Martini” has chocolate vodka, chocolate Godiva liquor, toasted marshmallow and chocolate syrup. The glass is garnished with cocoa, syrup, graham cracker pieces and marshmallows.
One Steakhouse
One Steakhouse inside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas has a “Smoked Peach Martini” to complement your steak dinner. The libation is a blend of Pallini Peachcello, Verás Joven Mezcal and lime juice.
Carson Kitchen
Carson Kitchen in Downtown Las Vegas has a special cocktail that’s perfect for World Martini Day. “Choose Joy” was created by the restaurant’s bartender (Andrew) and is made with Japanese whiskey, coconut, butterfly pea, lemon and lychee.
Piero’s
Piero’s serves up a “Lemon Drop Martini” with lemon juice, citrus vodka, limoncello and sweet & sour mix with a lemon garnish along the glass’s rim. If lemon isn’t your thing, the restaurant also has a variety of martinis on its cocktail menu.
Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House
Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House inside MGM Grand offers multiple libations for martini lovers. The “Lychee Coco Tini” is a fresh, summery take on the classic cocktail and the “Birthday Cake Martini” is a celebration for every sweets lover with Frangelico, whipped cream vodka, pineapple juice, vanilla syrup, sprinkles and whipped cream.
STK Steakhouse
Located inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, STK Steakhouse has the “Cucumber Stiletto” martin with St. Germain, Grey Goose le Citron, mint and muddled cucumber for a perfectly refreshing World Martini Day celebration. To sweeten the deal, you can get it half off during happy hour.
