On the Strip
Mandalay Bay Beach Bar & Grill
Located at the famous Mandalay Bay pool, the Mandalay Bay Beach Bar & Grill is bringing a fun beach party to the dessert. Enjoy special menu items on Cinco de Mayo, such as the Mexican Shrimp Cocktail and Birria Beef Tacos.
Located inside Luxor Las Vegas, Diablo’s Cantina is serving up three exclusive dishes from May 5-9. Check out the tequila flamed shrimp, crunch chicken tacos, and churros with hazelnut dipping sauce.
The Strat Hotel, Casino, & Skypod is hosting a special Cinco de Mayo party with exclusive menu offerings at PT’s Wings & Sports. The View Lounge and Remix Lounge will also be doing various drink specials.
The Linq Promenade
Several locations at The Linq Promenade have offerings for Cinco de Mayo:
- Off the Strip Bistro & Bar has several specials exclusively for Cinco de Mayo- chicken enchiladas, chicken taquitos, a street taco platter, and Neapolitan flan. A variety of beverage specials are on offer as well.
- Ice Bar has several drink specials for Cinco de Mayo include shots of Cazadores Silver Tequila, Model draft Micheladas, and buckets of Corona.
- Tilted Kilt has drink specials on Patron and Modelo along with other beverage offerings.
El Segundo Sol
Located inside Fashion Show Mall, El Segundo Sol offers Mexican cuisine on their lovely indoor-outdoor patio. Check out their Loco Hour from 3:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. for drink specials.
Enjoy Cinco de Mayo at Rockhouse Las Vegas inside the Grand Canal Shoppes with an exclusive cocktail offering exclusively for the month of May.
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar
Located at The Linq Promenade, Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar serves upscale Mexican cuisine along with an extensive selection of tequila.
Located inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, China Poblano by José Andrés serves up Mexican and Chinese cuisines. Enjoy menu items as dine-in or check out one of their special to-go feasts for a truly unique experience. China Poblano is also hosting the Tequila & Mezcal Festival from April 30-May 11.
Off the Strip
Located inside the brand new Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Casa Calavera features stunning, Instagrammable works of art and delicious cuisine. The Dia de Los Muertos-themed restaurant includes a delightful indoor-outdoor space too. Try their guacamole trio (classic, chipotle bacon, and pomegranate jicama), Casa Calavera Fajitas, and their highly picturesque dessert, The Calavera (you’ll definitely want to video this one).
Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and Arizona Charlie’s Boulder are celebrating Cinco de Mayo with “Cinco de Bingo”. Visit for fun, festive bingo along with exclusive food and drink specials to celebrate the day.
With three locations in town, Nacho Daddy brings great nachos, margaritas, and their vegan menu to the Las Vegas valley. Check out their fun, exotic flavors like the Thai Chicken Nachos and the Lobster & Crab Nachos. Feeling extra adventurous? Try their World Famous Scorpion Shot (complete with a scorpion, of course).
El Luchador Mexican Kitchen + Cantina
The delightful new local spot in Mountain’s Edge is hosting a Cinco de Mayo official grand opening. The part at El Luchador starts at noon on the patio. Enjoy offerings from the taco cart and live music from the mariachi band starting at 5:30 p.m. This event is 21 and over only. El Luchador is also offering a special take-home meal for $100, so you can enjoy their cuisine in-room or at home.
Makers & Finders
With two locations in Las Vegas (Downtown Summerlin and Downtown Las Vegas), Makers & Finders serves up fun Latin American cuisine along with coffee beverages perfect for your caffeine fix. Check out their variety of empanadas, arepas, and their selection of plant-based options. Makers & Finders is also hosting a Mariachi brunch with $25 all-you-can-drink margaritas and other specials.
The newly opened Landini’s Pizzeria comes to Las Vegas from San Diego with a massive following. Exclusively for Cinco de Mayo, Landini’s is serving up a special Mexican Pie.
The famous El Cortez Hotel & Casino located in Downtown Las Vegas starts its 80th-anniversary celebration on Cinco de Mayo with a mariachi band from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. Players also receive free Coronitas from May 5-8.
