AlienCon Invasion of Dallas Predicted

Extraterrestrial activity imminent as Dallas AlienCon invades the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Oct. 4-6

Longtime fans of HISTORY®’s "Ancient Aliens" (now in its 14th season), curious newcomers, sci-fi buffs, truth seekers and pop culture enthusiasts will want to gravitate, levitate, mind-travel, or use some other form of transportation to get to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Oct. 4-6 for Dallas’ first AlienCon. HISTORY, which is partnering with Mischief Management for Dallas AlienCon, says the popular convention has experienced sold-out and nearly sold-out events in California and Maryland.

"Ancient Aliens" folks, including lead expert Giorgio A. Tsoukalos and contributors such as Nick Pope, Travis Taylor, Jason Martell and David Childress, will discuss the sometimes-controversial (surely not) theory that extraterrestrials have visited Earth for millions of years.

On hand to add para-scientific heft to the proceedings will be the entire cast of paranormal series "Ghost Hunters" and "The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch," a show that gives fans unprecedented access to one of the most infamous and secretive hotspots of paranormal and UFO-related activities on earth. Events include more than 150 interactive panel discussions, including an Ancient Aliens: Area 51—Secret Space Programs panel.

Meet your favorite sci-fi celebrities, authors, scientists, filmmakers, engineers, archaeologists and other experts. Get photos and autographs and swap stories of alien sightings, mysterious incidents and inexplicably scrambled TV signals. Past celebrity attendees include William Shatner, David Duchovny, Mary McDonnell, Sean Astin, Jenna Coleman, Michael Dorn, Mitch Pileggi and Bill Mumy. View intriguing artifacts and exhibits and purchase out-of-this-world merchandise. Come appropriately attired for the Saturday night costume contest.

Tickets begin at $62/day and can be purchased online.
