Nov. 28 Novant Health Thanksgiving Day Parade

Since 1947, the Thanksgiving Day Parade has been providing the city of Charlotte holiday joy with performances, floats, marching bands, gigantic balloons and much more. ­The 72nd annual parade will begin its march at 9 am, heading south on Tryon Street from Ninth Street toward Stonewall Street. Food and beverages will be available with Tryon Street vendors providing coffee, hot chocolate, sandwiches, donuts and more.
