We asked Lucas Cortazio (read more about him in our interview, here), frontman of Boston band Tales of Olde, to take us out on the town for a day, and he obliged. The Brazil-born singer met his wife (band member Evelyn Cortazio)—and had three kids—in this city, and says “I loved Boston from the get-go.”

"In nice weather, head to the Public Garden and Boston Common to read a little bit, and maybe smoke a pipe. We’ve done that a few times with some friends."

Next up is Fenway Park to catch a Red Sox game (if there is one). "I love eating, so obviously I’m going to have some brats. Stuff my face with brats and beer."

"You have to take anyone coming to Boston for the first time to the North End. It’s my favorite part of town. Stop by Mike’s Pastry for cannolis. I’m stuffed right now!"

"Let's head to the Esplanade and walk off some of the food we just ate. Maybe there is something playing at the Hatch Shell."

"For dinner, we go to my favorite restaurant in Boston. I take everyone to Fogo de Chao at Copley Square. It’s an amazing Brazilian—and, obviously, I’m biased—steak house. Oh man. It’s one of my favorite spots."
