Dine Out Boston Returns August 7-20
The delicious citywide event brings discounted specials to numerous local favorites.
Dine Out Boston is back this month from August 7-20. The twice-yearly event is the perfect time for foodies to sample new flavors and local spots via special set menus with fixed prices at numerous restaurants all around Boston. Over 100 locations all around the city are participating this summer, and here are some of our favorites!If you’re looking for some upscale dining options, Grill 23 and Bar and The Capital Grille both have pre-fixe dinner menus priced at $46 per person, Sunday through Friday. The menu at Grill 23 & Bar includes selections like Watermelon Gazpacho and Gnocchi Putanesca, while options at The Capital Grille include Filet Mignon and Seared Citrus Glazed Salmon.

Steakhouse options like Davio’s and Boston Chops are also participating this summer. Davio’s locations have a lunch menu for $32 (days vary by location) and a dinner menu for $46 (Sunday through Friday) with options like Chopped Romaine, Spaghetti with Clams and Fettuccine Carbonara for lunch and dinner options including Crispy Oysters with Bacon and Tomatoes, Rigatoni with Burrata and Swiss Chard, and Free Range Chicken Milanese. Boston Chops has a $46 dinner menu Sunday through Friday with numerous seafood and salad starters and plenty of steak options.

In search of some exotic flavors? Local Mexican favorite Rosa Mexicano has a $22 lunch special and a $41 dinner special available Sunday through Friday. Selections include the Black Bean and Cheese Empanadas, Roasted Chicken Suizas Enchiladas and Rosa’s Own Caesar Salad. The Elephant Walk has a daily set dinner menu for $41 per person that includes options like the Chilled Avocado Citrus Soup, Boeuf Bourguignon and Grilled Corn on the Cob with Scallion-Coconut Sauce. Local tapas spot Estragon has a daily set dinner menu for just $36 per person.
