Rembrandt’s home from 1639 to 1658, a flat-fronted townhouse, gives mesmerising glimpses into the genius’s life. See the kitchen with its ornate box-bed and courtyard where he painted "The Night Watch", and print rooms, studios and a cabinet of curiosities with shells, bones, weapons, stuffed animals and globes contained in his actual paintings. Adult €12.50; child €4.
